The majority of families in Revit I see while searching the internet are for model elements, but my favorite families for productivity are detail components.

Here's a custom detail component I use in my detail drawings in Revit that limits my time doing repetitive drawing tasks. I will be following up this video with a few ‘how to’ videos, showing how I created this family.
