THE PROJECT
This “heavy” duplex has two units, where the left unit is twice the size of the right. Both units front the lagoon with a deck at each floor and a garage door at the rear to open to the patio, allowing the rear of the garage to be used for entertaining. The left unit also has a garage door opening to the side of the house where the unit has its own in-ground pool. The right unit has four bedrooms and four baths, while the left unit has eight bedrooms and six baths.
