THE PROJECT
This brand new brewery renovated an existing bank building built in the early 1900’s. The tasting room and brewery equipment are all in the same space, with a removable plexi-glass wall separating the two areas when used as a tasting room. When used as a brewery the tables are cleared out and the wall is removed. As much of the existing bank space was saved and restored as possible, which included the existing wood floors and tile. In the basement two custom coolers were constructed, and the existing bank vault is used for dry storage.
